It is an on or off shoulder style featuring full length puff sleeves with elasticated cuffs, a sweetheart neckline, contrast cups with rouching detailing and mini tortoise buttons at centre front. Complete the look with the Naila Skirt, 18 Karat Luminous Necklace and Pearl Hoops. By Sabo Skirt.
