Throughout the many departments of the SABO brand, women continue to lead. Along with our female co-founders, 75% of our leadership positions are made up of women.

Our Parental Leave and Return Program
Our team feeling supported during such an important time of their lives is extremely important to us. Our Parental Leave and Return Program extends government-provided leave with an additional 4 weeks of full pay, ensuring a total of 24 weeks of paid leave for our new parents, followed by flexible return to work terms. Making the return to work as comfortable and seamless as possible is a priority for us, reflecting our core values of respect, inclusion, and empowerment.
