Free Standard Shipping is valid for all Australian orders over $100 that are being delivered to an Australian shipping address. For orders under $100, a standard shipping fee of $8 applies. Free shipping for orders over $100 is automatically applied during the checkout process and is shipped via AUS POST Standard Shipping. AUS POST Standard Shipping arrives within 3-5 business days from the date your order has been shipped.*

EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Parcels are shipped via DHL.
Express International Shipping generally takes 2-5* business days for orders to arrive once shipped. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame and delays may occur.
Signatures are required upon delivery for all express international shipments. PO Boxes will not be accepted - if you select express international shipping and your order is addressed to a PO Box it will be delayed from shipment while we organise an alternate address with you.
If the address provided is considered rural by DHL, the parcel may be transferred to an alternative postal company for the final delivery, and delays may occur.
If you waive the signature on delivery option, SABO and DHL will not be responsible for any lost or stolen parcels after delivery.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. SABO SKIRT is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If you experience any difficulties while entering your shipping address during checkout or while you are creating an account, please email [email protected] with your full shipping address and contact phone number before you place your order so that an account can be set up for you.
If a change of address is made directly with your local post office or DHL, SABO SKIRT will not be held responsible for any lost or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with SABO SKIRT via our Customer Care contact service prior to your order being shipped.
If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process (eg, incorrect/incomplete address), SABO SKIRT reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee which corresponds with the shipping method valid with the shipping address for the order. If a customer prefers to receive a refund or store credit for their order if returned to sender, a refund or store credit will be issued for the value of the order, less the initial shipping fee charged.
If a customer refuses a parcel upon delivery, SABO SKIRT reserves the right to process a refund or store credit for the order, less the initial shipping fee charged and less a $20 AUD return to sender fee.
SABO SKIRT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery or packages delayed in transit.
The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
