SABO Resort Loyalty Program Changes

New year, new SABO Resort!

Our team has been busy behind the scenes evolving the world of SABO, and today we are so excited to share some major updates to our Loyalty Program.

It’s beenmade simpler, more flexible, and even more rewarding for you. We have upgraded loyalty rewards to Sabo Resort Credit and it’s much easier to use.

This means: 

  • You can use all your credits at once, or just a little - it’s entirely up to you.
  • Resort Credit can be used in conjunction with discount codes.
  • Resort Credit is eligible for returns.
  • Your loyalty credit never expires.

As our sister label ZĀCO continues to grow within our loyalty ecosystem, we’ve also refined our loyalty tiers and pricing to better reflect this evolution.

If you already have loyalty discount codes, these will be added into your account automatically as credit, so you won’t lose anything during this transition. When you’re ready to shop, you will redeem your points for Resort Credit (not a code).

At checkout, simply choose how much credit you want to use and it’ll be taken off your order instantly.

To apply credit, simply select it as an option in checkout.

Do my SABO Resort points expire?

No, points no longer expire and stay on your account until you are ready to convert to Resort Credit.

Will my points be reissued if I return items or cancel my order?

No, your points will not be reissued to your account if items are returned or if orders are cancelled. However, if credit was used, it will be reissued back into your account.

What is the value of my points to Resort Credits

100 points are equivalent to $1 in Resort Credit. Your points can be converted into any amount of credit in increments of 100 points.

How do Resort Credits work?

You can use all your Resort Credits at once, or just a little - it’s entirely up to you. Your credits can be redeemed on any order with no minimum spend. Your Resort Credit never expires.  

I have a tier welcome discount as well as some Resort Credit. Can I use them both?

Definitely! Our Resort Credit can be used with any discount code, including sale codes, shipping discounts, and tier discounts

Where did my loyalty discount codes go?

Any loyalty discount codes that were redeemed from points but not used on an order have automatically been converted to Resort Credit, for your convenience.

I randomly just dropped a tier. Why?

We have recently updated our loyalty program tier thresholds. This also brings better rewards and benefits for each tier. Our new thresholds are visible above.

  • Sabo Resort Credit can be used on any order with no minimum spend.
  • Sabo Resort Credit can be used in conjunction with Sabo promotional discount codes or offers (eg, BLACKFRIDAY).
  • Sabo Resort Credit can be used with shipping discounts.
  • Entry reward discount codes (Level 2 / 3 / 4 entry) can be used in conjunction with Sabo Reward Credits.
  • Redeemable Sabo Resort Credit (earned through points) have no expiry.
  • Sabo Rewards entry discount codes (e.g., Level 2 / 3 / 4 entry) are valid for six months.
  • Free standard shipping on every order within Australia is available to Sabo Resort guests, tier 3 and above (Resident & VIP).
  • Free express shipping for orders within Australia over $99 AUD is available to Sabo Resort guests, tier 4 (VIP).
  • Customers can earn 300–500 points per order by leaving a review for purchased products.  A total of 300 points is earned per order. An additional 100 points can be earned for including an image, or 200 points for including a video.  Points are awarded only for reviews on orders placed after registering for the Loyalty Program.
  • Sabo Loyalty points will not be reissued to customers' accounts if items are returned or if orders are cancelled.
  • Birthday points will be added to your account within 24 hours of your birthday date.
