How do I get an early access code? 

Sign up to our loyalty program to receive an early access code.  

As a SABO loyalty member, you will receive an early access code via email. Please check your junk or spam folder in case it landed there. If you still cannot locate, please reach out to [email protected].  

Can I use my early access code in store?  

The early access code for the Sueno Collection can be used online only.

When will my early access order be shipped? 

Early access orders will be shipped as per below:  

Drop 1: Est. from 27th April 2026  

Drop 2: Est. from 30th April 2026 

Drop 3: Est. from 7th May 2026 

Drop 4: Est. from 14th May 2026 

Drop 5: Est. from 21st May 2026 

If your order includes items from multiple drops, they will be shipped separately at different times, as per above.  

Do I get free shipping on early access orders? 

For Australian orders, free shipping applies to both early access and standard shipments when the total order value for each drop meets the AUD $100 free shipping threshold. 

If ordering from outside of Australia, early access items are not eligible for free shipping. Standard items will continue to follow the usual free shipping rules for the region. 

If items are purchased across multiple drops, shipping is calculated and applied separately for each drop. 

If I’ve purchased early access items from multiple drops, can I return them together? 

Our standard Returns Policy applies and returns are processed per shipment. Each drop is sent separately, so items need to be returned within 14 days of receiving each individual delivery. 

If returning items from different drops, they can be sent together, but each item must still meet its own 14-day return window. 

Early Access T&Cs

  • Shipment dates listed on product pages and above are estimates only. Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, and shipping delays are not eligible for reimbursement. 
  • Early access items part of the Sueno Collection are eligible for a refund or store credit. Our standard Returns Policy applies.  
  • Cancellation or changes to early access orders will only be possible if orders have not been processed and shipped. Please contact [email protected] as soon as possible if any changes or cancellations are required.
