    Customer service needs work

    Customer service isn’t Great.

    I purchased a skirt online and without realising it was

    A final Sale item. I followed your size

    Guide and when it arrived it didn’t fit me. I went to the Chermside store and was told I can’t get a refund(understandable) I just wanted to exchange the size as the product didn’t fit. I was told that I can’t and I replied with even if it doesn’t fit? Yes. The

    Girl who served me as I left said in a condescending voice… have a great day.

    I walked out and said thank you. I wasn’t impressed although the way she dealt with the matter wasn’t professional.

    I understand you have policies and procedures but having products you can’t exchange due to the size isn’t a great outcome for your customers and maybe something you need to look into.
