The Store Manager is accountable for every aspect of the store. This includes store operations to ensure optimal store performance and all areas are delivering best in class customer experience. As the Store Manager you build and develop team capabilities and skills to achieve key business results. This role is responsible for the recruiting and long term people development strategy ensuring a great employee experience.ย

Core Responsibilitiesย
Leadership and People Management
- Create a welcoming and inviting team environment.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive experience for team members and customers.
- Build a strong team (diverse) team, made up of team members with a wide range of experiences, skillsets and backgrounds to drive store results and store operations.
- Manage stores people pipeline and hiring process.
- Plan and create team and store schedule according to availability, budget considerations and labour requirements.
- Generate a culture of learning and development in the store. Consistently provide feedback, coaching, guidance, and address performance issues.ย
- Provide team members with overall performance documentation; recognition and gap assessment supporting personal and professional growth.ย
- Store Manager leadership role is responsible for all store employees.

Customer Experienceย
- Lead by example and demonstrate best in class customer experience, practicing and upholding BEST and other key in store practices.ย
- Support team to ensure a great customer experience including, customer interactions, assessing customer needs and aiding in customer in store transaction when needed.
- Lead from the floor assessing and fulfilling the needs of the team, customers and business.ย
- Respond to emergent issues; team needs, emergency request and customer escalations.ย

Operations
- Plan and schedule floor coverage. Make decisions to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the store/floor operations.ย
- Selecting and ordering stock to ensure store performs and reaches the stores financial targets.
- Review business data and metrics to inform planning processes and achieving business targetsย
- Understand and adhere to people safety (policies) and procedures and to maintain and promote a safe working environment.ย
- Manage store Profit and Loss in accordance with the store goals.ย
- Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, laws and/or regulations.ย
- Store Manager is accountable for all controllable budgets; monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets; labor hours.
- Embrace and ensure Store Operating Principles are adhered to at all times.
- Executes content creation request from HQ when required.

Job Requirements
- Experience:ย 2+ years experience as an Store Manager (ideally in luxury fashion brand) or a leadership role in a fast paced environment.ย
- Eligibility:ย Legally eligible to work in the location of your place of work
- Availability:ย Willing to work a flexible schedule.ย
- Willingness requirement:ย Willing to work as apart of a team and at time work individually.
- Willing to work on the store floor for most of a shift, to get work done and deliver customer experience.ย
